The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Nam Knights of America M/C is proud to announce the availability of the David M. Tapper Memorial Scholarship.

The scholarship is open to all high school seniors and recent graduates, who reside in Waterford Township, and is for the amount of $500 which will be paid directly to the college for tuition expenses.

On Wednesday, February 9th, at the Waterford Township Committee Meeting, representatives from the Nam Knights presented to the Township Committee, a commemorative announcement of the scholarship.

The club announced our intention to create this scholarship at the dedication of the David M. Tapper Memorial on August 20, 2004. The scholarship was established to honor the memory of United States Navy Seal, David M. Tapper, a former resident of Waterford Township, NJ, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on August 20, 2003.
